The CarePayCo origin story began when two people formed a friendship and business partnership based on their shared passion for supporting individuals, families, and newly appointed domestic employees.
Daria Boutros and Russel Miller are the humans and brains behind this story. They are dedicated to helping employers of domestic staff pay their employees legally, fairly, and efficiently.
Daria was the founder and Director of the reputable Nanny and Domestic Service Agency, “The Nanny Collective.”
The success of the Nanny Collective was due to Daria’s passion for supporting families to solve the difficult task of sourcing and hiring talented nannies and house managers to assist in caring for their children and homes.
While running the agency, she could not find a quality solution to the universal problem faced by her clients, which was the payroll of their newly hired domestic household staff. Her clients wanted to ensure they paid their staff legally and in line with all ATO and Fair Work guidelines.
Daria decided that rather than wait for someone else to provide a great solution, she would partner with her good friend (and fabulously talented Chartered Accountant), Russel Miller.
Russel was able to help identify precisely what Daria and so many other individuals and families were looking for when it comes to personalised payroll solutions.
With his extensive background and training in all things accounting, Russel understood the problem and devised an efficient and reliable solution.
Their contrasting but complementary skills and interests make this pair unique and dynamic. In turn, it is what makes CarePayCo a step above the rest.

Allow me to introduce myself as someone who knows how to crack a good joke and thrives on building lasting client relationships.
I’ve been a CPA since 2005 and a BAS Agent (registered with the Taxation Professionals Board) since 2019. I’m also a member of the Australian Bookkeepers Association. As part of my role, I stay current on the changes to Tax, Super, WorkCover and FairWork requirements that impact our customers at CarePayCo. I take great pride in managing our clients’ payroll. I approach my work with unwavering dedication and integrity, knowing that ensuring accurate and timely payment for your employees is a very important responsibility.
At CarePayCo, Daria and I take immense pride in assisting countless families in paying their employees correctly. Your satisfaction and experience with us mean the world.
Outside of CarePayCo, I assist small business clients in staying on top of their numbers at Pacific Accounting. My 2-year-old son, Felix, is a heavy user of my out-of-work time! We love going to the beach and riding bikes together. I’m also the Voluntary Treasurer of The River Canoe Club of NSW.

I spent several years in a fulfilling career as a primary school teacher. However, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, I boldly transitioned from teaching to establishing The Nanny Collective Nanny Agency. This venture proved to be a great success, connecting families with exceptional caregivers.
During the remarkable journey of managing The Nanny Collective, a revelation struck—an opportunity to extend my reach and offer comprehensive assistance to my cherished clients. Thus, (and together with my friend Russel), CarePayCo was born.
I decided to part ways with The Nanny Collective after the arrival of my beloved son in 2022. Since then, my entire professional focus has shifted toward the ever-growing potential of CarePayCo and its profound impact on the lives of families, employers, and the dedicated individuals who support them.
Outside the business realm, I am utterly captivated by my son, who has graced our lives since 2022. I shamelessly embrace the role of helicopter mum to my tiny yet precious little dictator.
