Here is our story

CarePayCo was founded by Daria Boutros and Russel Miller, who came together over a shared goal: helping families pay their nannies, housekeepers and other household staff legally, fairly and without the admin burden.

Daria had already built The Nanny Collective, a respected nanny and domestic service agency, and kept hearing the same problem from her clients – once they’d found the right person, paying them correctly under ATO and Fair Work rules was a challenge of its own. She partnered with Chartered Accountant Russel Miller to solve it, and CarePayCo was born.

Together, they built CarePayCo into a trusted payroll partner for hundreds of Australian families.

In December 2025, CarePayCo joined the Pay The Nanny group, Australia and New Zealand’s household payroll specialists. CarePayCo’s payroll operations are now run by the Pay The Nanny team, continuing the same commitment to accurate, compliant payroll that CarePayCo was built on.
